Well, I’ve finally made the jump into full-time SEO, and I’m taking WhiteFire with me!

We’re beginning a new era of growth at WhiteFire, recruiting new talent, expanding our outreach, improving our blogging schedule and working with other great minds in the industry. At the beginning of our new era, I felt it was important to establish our guiding principles.

This is what WhiteFire’s about.

We believe in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit. We believe in constructing lasting businesses that provide quality services and products, not making a quick buck with slash-and-burn marketing.

Our guiding principles:

Transparency – No corporate runaround, no spin, no coverup. We believe that business should be conducted in a way that these hallmark corporate tenets aren’t necessary. Got a question? Ask us; we’ll tell you straight.

Honesty – We’ll never promise something we can’t deliver on. We aren’t about creating loopholes or putting one over on our friends.

Ethical – Morals aren’t flexible just because the rules aren’t enforced; we won’t gamble with your site by trying to skate by Google’s guidelines. It’s not about doing things the easy way, it’s about doing them the right way.

Actionable – We don’t believe in fluff metrics; the data we give will be actionable and worthwhile. For every analysis, there is a conclusion; for every test, a result; for every plan, an action.

Realistic – We won’t puff you up with unreachable possibilities. The goals we set are achievable and if something can’t be done, we’ll let you know. It’s a process of improvement, not a band-aid.

Important – If it’s worth talking about, it’s worth doing something about. We won’t trouble you with minutiae.

Altruistic – We believe in businesses that provide benefits. We believe business is about making something essential, something worthwhile. If it doesn’t help someone, what’s it for?

We look forward to seeing more of you around WhiteFire. Let’s talk shop if you’re in SEO, or let’s talk business if you’d like to work with us. If these principles describe a marketing firm you’d like to work with, let’s talk.

come on, bro, you couldn’t widdle a cool acronym to represent the company attributes? haha.. I especially like the notion of altruism.. because it’s one of those things you can’t really market with words..  I enjoy your tweets and look forward to hearing more from you and White Fire.

Well, if you look at the first letters, it DOES spell out “The Aria” so… take that for what it’s worth. ;)

Thanks for the comment, Anthony! Keep an eye out here and we’ll keep you up to date.
